This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design, develop, and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards and reports for both executive leadership and operational teams.
• Create and enhance data models, measures, and calculations utilizing DAX.
• Develop automated reporting solutions that enhance visibility into essential business metrics and minimize manual reporting tasks.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all reporting platforms.
• Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze operational, sales, customer, and financial data to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Convert business inquiries into data-driven analyses and actionable insights.
• Establish KPIs and performance scorecards that align with organizational objectives.
• Work with various data sources, including CRM systems, loan origination systems, databases, spreadsheets, and third-party platforms.
• Conduct data validation, cleansing, and transformation activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance data architecture and reporting processes.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders.
• Provide training to users on dashboard usage and data interpretation.
• Work collaboratively across functions with Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance business operations.
• Propose solutions that utilize data and technology to boost operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on Power BI features, data analytics trends, and best practices in business intelligence.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar positions.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, encompassing data modeling, DAX formulas and measures, power query, report and dashboard creation, and performance optimization.
• Extensive experience handling large datasets and integrating multiple data sources.
• Proficient in Excel at an advanced level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Capability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
