Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business and platform requirements, converting them into functional specifications.

• Analyze and provide support for platform elements, including orchestration flows, policies, and catalog management.

• Serve as a liaison between business, product, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

• Assist in the configuration of workflow orchestration and low-code platforms.

• Help define and maintain RBAC (role-based access control) models and policies.

• Contribute to the establishment of policy definitions and decision layer logic.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to regional and regulatory standards.

• Assess and enhance platform usability and UX patterns.

• Engage in project planning, tracking, and delivery support activities.

• Create test plans, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate platform functionality.

• Prepare and maintain documentation, such as requirements, workflows, policies, reports, and post-implementation reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Business Analysis within large-scale projects.

• Practical or theoretical knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and workflow configuration.

• Familiarity with policy engines and decision-making frameworks.

• In-depth understanding of RBAC design and access management models.

• Experience with orchestration concepts and tools, as well as workflow configurations.

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (both regional and global).

• Awareness of UX patterns and principles of user-centric design.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to convert business needs into functional specifications.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience in an Agile working environment.
