Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in executing vital Treasury routines.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Chapters, and various cross-functional teams.

• Oversee and monitor requests, backlog, and workflow activities utilizing Jira.

• Engage in and facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure alignment among stakeholders and teams.

• Gather, analyze, and document both business and technical requirements.

• Suggest solutions that align with business needs while ensuring technical feasibility.

• Conduct data and metric analyses to uncover opportunities for process enhancement and optimization.

• Foster communication among business areas, technology, and vendors.

• Assist in digital transformation, automation, and innovation initiatives.

• Guarantee delivery quality and track outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar position.

• Familiarity with agile environments, particularly using Scrum and other agile methodologies.

• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Miro, and MS Project.

• Capability to convert business needs into functional and technical requirements.

• Experience in leading meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions with various stakeholders.

• Strong analytical competencies combined with a problem-solving approach.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
