Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Analyze complex, high-impact information for the business, ensuring consistency, quality, and reliability in the results.

• Create and maintain strategic reports and analyses for various levels of the organization.

• Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and propose actionable insights.

• Lead analytical projects from start to finish, including problem definition and result communication.

• Design and refine metrics, indicators, and analytical frameworks to assess performance, usage, and business outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align criteria, definitions, and objectives.

• Drive the automation and scalability of analytical processes.

• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles.

• Educational background in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.

• Good business understanding and ability to translate data into decisions.

• Technical profile, capable of working with data, automating processes, and devising scalable solutions.

• Attention to detail and a focus on quality in analysis.

• Strong communication skills to present insights to various audiences and stakeholders.
