📋 Description

• Facilitating discussions regarding business requirements with both clients and internal teams.

• Overseeing the comprehensive requirements process, engaging all relevant stakeholders.

• Tasked with creating business and functional requirements for Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Authorization, and Payment systems.

• Partnering with business users, management, IT, and offshore teams to ensure the final product aligns with project goals and client needs.

• Spotting opportunities for automation, enhancing performance, and increasing reusability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of pertinent experience in business analysis.

• Proficient knowledge in the Healthcare insurance sector (including Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, ACA, or Commercial).

• Proven experience in documenting requirements or user stories.

• Background in analyzing business requirements and translating/mapping them to technical specifications in EDI technology.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business or technical discipline.
