Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Independently gather business requirements from a varied group of stakeholders.

• Guide business stakeholders through strategic decision-making processes.

• Develop and propose solution alternatives for system design and improvements.

• Record intricate business logic, rules, and requirements.

• Evaluate the current state of applications and produce wireframes.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to establish and update roadmaps.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert working in conjunction with the design team.

• Recognize risks and issues as they arise.

• Facilitate root cause analysis, change control, and scope management.

• Coordinate with various departments, including compliance.

• Spearhead agile transformation initiatives.

• Communicate proficiently across all organizational levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Business Analysis.

• Knowledge of the Life Insurance industry.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• 8 to 10 years of experience with direct client interaction.

• Openness to work during US shifts.

• Understanding of software development methodologies such as Kanban, Waterfall, and Agile.

• Experience in business process modeling, including swimlanes (BPMN2.0).

• Skills in use case documentation and various process documentation methods and formats.
