Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Facilitate organized discovery sessions to comprehend existing processes and pinpoint opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow enhancements.

• Assess and contribute to the development of AI and automation use cases, ensuring alignment with our requirements, technical viability, and enterprise standards.

• Convert business requirements into precise functional and technical specifications, including process diagrams, decision-making frameworks, data requirements, and integration points.

• Generate documentation such as process maps, use case outlines, data flows, and solution specifications.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to assist in the design, testing, and validation of AI-driven and automated solutions.

• Aid in the prioritization and monitoring of automation projects, ensuring they deliver measurable business value and align with broader roadmaps and governance policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position within a technology-centric environment.

• Proven experience in supporting automation, workflow enhancement, or AI-related initiatives.

• Technical knowledge, including a fundamental understanding of system architecture, APIs, data structures, integrations, and workflows.

• Familiarity with contemporary AI and automation tools, such as conversational AI, intelligent agents, and low-code or no-code platforms.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while working within Agile teams.
