Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Develop clear and precise documentation that aligns with business goals and expectations.

• Facilitate and lead sessions for gathering requirements, conducting reviews, and validating with stakeholders.

• Examine and document business processes, pinpointing areas for improvement and optimization.

• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure a comprehensive understanding and execution of requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient/Fluent in English.

• Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis, managing the complete requirements lifecycle from elicitation to validation of both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Experience in creating and maintaining organized requirements documentation, which includes:

• User Stories

• Use Cases

• Acceptance Criteria

• Skilled in performing impact analysis, identifying dependencies, and prioritizing business needs.

• Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with the client platform’s capabilities and limitations.

• Experience in working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Familiarity with project and work management tools including Azure DevOps, Jira, and Trello.

• Nice to Have

• Practical experience in applying AI solutions to address business challenges.

• Awareness of Generative AI tools (like Copilots and Large Language Models) to enhance productivity and expedite analysis activities.

• Previous experience in the automotive sector, including dealerships and/or vehicle manufacturers.

• Understanding of API integrations, encompassing RESTful and SOAP services.
