Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients to comprehend and document their business workflows.

• Evaluate and convert business needs into functional specifications.

• Perform gap analyses to pinpoint areas where existing systems are lacking.

• Work collaboratively with technical teams to devise solutions.

• Aid in the configuration and customization of tools.

• Create and implement test plans to ensure solutions adhere to quality standards.

• Act as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical teams.

• Organize workshops and meetings to collect requirements.

• Identify prospects for improving client business processes.

• Produce training materials and deliver training sessions for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.

• Specialization in Enterprise/Field Service Management solutions.

• Knowledge of business integration requirements across the technology stack.

• Practical experience with SQL.

• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, MS SharePoint, and process design tools.

• Strong grasp of utility operations, asset management, and field service management.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Robust project management capabilities.

• Willingness to travel to client locations (domestic and/or international) as needed.
