• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Services & Solutions process team to clarify, prioritize, and validate project requirements and business objectives.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the identified business problems and objectives, working alongside stakeholders and the technical team to achieve resolutions.
• Analyze business challenges and collaborate with the project team to identify root causes, propose solution alternatives, and support change management initiatives.
• Engage with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify pain points and issues.
• Collect data and conduct data analysis to validate potential opportunity value.
• Implement new or revised processes and demonstrate the value or effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to justify the necessary investment for delivering potential solutions.
• Gather and prepare supporting analysis and design documentation from a business perspective.
• Participate in system test plans and ensure that business objectives are met.
• Align project objectives and solutions with organizational business strategies and goals.
• Act as an internal consultant to promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Build credibility and trust among stakeholder groups.
• Develop strong internal relationships with key stakeholders and subject-matter experts throughout the organization.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in finance, data analytics, management consulting, business strategy, or process improvement.
• Experience in process definition, including facilitation, process documentation, and process improvement.
• Technical expertise with Certinia.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology.
• Facilitate or actively engage in Program Increment (PI) planning, defining features, and mapping dependencies across the Agile Release Train.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders in Lean-Agile practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Own and coordinate the Team or Program Backlog, refining features and stories to align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Coordinate and participate in system demos to showcase incremental value and ensure compliance with quality standards (Built-in Quality).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with all stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of financial processes and concepts within a services business.
• A critical thinker and creative problem solver.
• Data-driven mindset and approach.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting to the evolving needs of the business and meeting deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
• Experience with SAFe Agile is a plus.
• Quarterly bonus target of 5% subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
