This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of CORE and Field Spot.

• Set best practices and mentor business analysts.

• Listen, question, and convert operational requirements into actionable user stories.

• Collaborate closely with business units, product owners, development teams, and senior leadership.

• Ensure that CORE and Field Spot align with actual business priorities while promoting harmonization, adoption, and organizational growth.

• Offer coaching, quality oversight, and professional development to enhance analytical rigor and stakeholder management.

• Develop BA standards, processes, and best practices that guarantee consistency, quality, and scalability of requirements throughout the programs.

• Promote strategic alignment between business unit priorities, platform capabilities, and organizational transformation goals.

• Engage with senior stakeholders to identify strategic operational challenges and harmonization opportunities.

• Lead cross-functional governance forums and steering committees to prioritize initiatives.

• A minimum of 8 years of senior-level Business Analysis experience.

• Proven leadership experience in mentoring analysts.

• Established ability to communicate confidently and influence at all levels.

• Advanced skills in requirements gathering, user story creation, backlog strategy, and large-scale Agile delivery.

• Demonstrated success in challenging assumptions, clarifying complex needs, and aligning diverse stakeholders around common objectives.

• Strategic thinker capable of connecting tactical requirements to broader business and organizational transformation goals.

• Strong follow-through, organizational skills, problem-solving capabilities, and executive presence.

• Ability to excel, lead, and achieve results in fast-paced, complex, and matrixed environments.
