This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gathers requirements and specifications based on bureau (ISO/NCCI) regulations and forms to be implemented in the Origami bureau content repository.
• Collaborates with System Integrator resources to outline requirements, address inquiries, conduct testing, and oversee the implementation of bureau rates, rules, and forms.
• Assists the Service team in educating clients on creating specific rating programs and addressing queries related to bureau content.
• Conducts testing and validation of bureau content developed in configuration tools.
• Supports sales efforts by showcasing the bureau solution to potential clients and delivering demonstrations to other interested parties as needed.
• Works in partnership with technical product managers and development teams to identify, supply requirements, and coordinate necessary changes to the Origami application for the effective creation, delivery, maintenance, and transaction of bureau-based policies.
• Specifies requirements pertaining to external integrations into the bureau content.
• Aids in the development of documentation and training materials for bureau content.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a business-related discipline.
• Comprehensive understanding of ISO/NCCI manuals, particularly in the areas of Property, General Liability, Automobile, and Workers Compensation.
• Experience in insurance rating, policy issuance, and comprehensive policy lifecycle requirements.
• Over 10 years of prior experience in an insurance company or a related insurance software vendor.
• The following designations are advantageous: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), Associate in Information Technology (AIT), Associate in Regulation and Compliance (ARC).
