This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assume responsibility for multimedia design and implementation, exploring branding, digital design, animation, and video across diverse work streams and platforms.
• Utilize multimedia design expertise to innovate visual language, injecting fresh ideas and concepts into your projects.
• Develop visual designs that effectively convey essential concepts while maintaining adherence to established brand identity, including screen layouts, color palettes, interface elements, iconography, typography, and style guides.
• Track and adjust design strategies based on current industry trends and technologies, ensuring that designs remain innovative and consistent with the brand.
• Create design solutions that captivate the audience and set the brand apart from competitors.
• Grasp the creative vision of the department and contribute to overarching concepts.
• Remain adaptable to changing business workloads, juggling multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery.
• Assist in brand communications across various channels, keeping business objectives and brand integrity in focus.
• Guarantee that projects are completed on time and within deadlines, while upholding high-quality standards.
• Design with a systems-first perspective, developing scalable components that ensure uniformity across the Beatport platform.
• Collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Social Media, and Media to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
• Over 7 years of proven experience in a digital design role, accompanied by a strong portfolio that highlights creativity and innovation.
• Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma Buzz is an added advantage.
• Outstanding visual aesthetic, complemented by excellent layout and typography skills.
• In-depth understanding of social media design trends, especially on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Awareness of content types that resonate well and gain traction on social media.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the capability to present and advocate for design ideas to internal teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to explore new design techniques and methodologies.
• Solid grasp of campaign development and execution.
• A keen interest in music and technology, with a commitment to staying ahead of trends in both fields.
• Experience in creating and implementing marketing assets that comply with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
