This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the brand function from its inception.
• Establish Practice Better's distinctive brand voice, positioning, and identity framework.
• Oversee messaging architecture to ensure accuracy and uniformity.
• Perform continuous competitive brand evaluations.
• Spearhead content planning and strategic initiatives.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive year-round content calendar.
• Design and implement brand programs that are both measurable and scalable.
• Develop initiatives that transform customers into brand advocates.
• Organize on-brand events, webinars, and collaborative campaigns.
• Cultivate relationships with key journalists and media platforms.
• Suggest brand KPIs and manage the measurement framework.
• 6–10 years of experience in brand and content marketing.
• Demonstrated success at a SaaS company within the $25M–$100M ARR range.
• Background in health, wellness, or health-related technology is a significant advantage.
• Experience in developing brand positioning and content strategy from nearly the ground up.
• Managed PR and earned media initiatives without the assistance of an agency.
