Senior Brand & Digital Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Act as the primary guardian of the Exostar brand, ensuring uniformity across all internal and external communications.

• Maintain and enhance brand standards, visual identity systems, templates, and creative guidelines.

• Collaborate with marketing leadership to bolster brand positioning and market distinction.

• Enhance website usability, navigation, accessibility, and overall customer interaction.

• Create user journeys, provide recommendations for information architecture, develop wireframes, and prototypes.

• Spearhead UX/UI strategy and best practices across digital platforms.

• Produce and manage high-quality digital and print assets that support corporate marketing, product marketing, events, sales enablement, and executive communications.

• Keep abreast of emerging trends in digital design, accessibility, user experience, and customer engagement.

• Assist in defining the long-term strategy for digital experience and brand evolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in brand management, digital experience, UX/UI design, creative leadership, or related fields.

• Demonstrated experience in leading brand development, visual identity systems, and creative governance.

• A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, UX/UI, branding, and website experience.

• Experience in developing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems.

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and contemporary design tools.

• Experience collaborating with website development teams and managing digital experience projects.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
