• Develop and enhance visual brand identities, style guides, and maintain consistency across all customer interaction points.
• Design multi-platform marketing campaigns and content that effectively engage our diverse audiences.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing to create impactful, on-brand visuals.
• Connect brand strategy with creative execution, ensuring designs are both visually appealing and purposeful.
• Generate a wide range of assets, such as videos, digital marketing materials, social media content, website elements, physical experiences, and presentations.
• Extensive experience (6+ years) in branding and design, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates a range of styles and execution techniques.
• Proven track record of leading creative projects from inception to completion.
• A keen eye for design, typography, and overall aesthetics.
• Significant expertise in visual design with strong capabilities in video, digital, social, web, print, and experiential content production.
• Creative thinking regarding Blink Health’s web and brand representation.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and contemporary design tools.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to present, advocate for, and refine design concepts.
• Experience in motion animation and event design is advantageous.
