• Collaborate closely with the paid media team: Work alongside the paid media team to analyze performance, adapt swiftly, and leverage insights to enhance the next series of assets.
• Manage daily production output: Deliver a high volume of branding and marketing materials across various formats, including paid advertisements, social media graphics, email headers, event signage, presentation decks, sales collateral, and more.
• Switch contexts seamlessly: You will frequently alternate between multiple projects and priorities without losing focus.
• Stay updated on tools, AI, and best production practices: Continuously seek smarter methods to enhance productivity.
• Assist in campaign and event creativity: Participate in integrated campaigns and event activations to support the larger Brand Studio team.
• Contribute ideas when prompted: This role requires active engagement rather than just production tasks.
• Ensure brand consistency: Accurately and consistently apply brand guidelines across all assets you handle.
• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with brand designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders to successfully complete projects.
• 3-5 years of experience in brand or graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing versatility across various formats and channels.
• Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience in producing assets for both digital and print formats, including paid ads, HTML5 banners, social media, emails, event materials, presentations, and more.
• Ability to accurately and consistently apply an established brand system.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in-house at a B2B SaaS or tech company is preferred (agency experience is also considered).
• Bonus: Familiarity with motion design or basic animation using After Effects.
• Bonus: Knowledge of AI design tools that enhance production efficiency.
