This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Oversee the brand design process from ideation to implementation, establishing the creative and strategic vision for various brands.
• Create inspiring, relevant, and scalable brand identities that enhance digital products and businesses.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, educating them on brand best practices while guiding them through a comprehensive yet flexible branding process.
• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Client Partners to ensure brand identity aligns perfectly with product experiences.
• Champion brand thinking throughout the organization, promoting brand literacy among our teams and clients.
• Provide polished, well-documented brand systems that act as a lasting source of truth for both internal and external teams.
• Challenge creative limits by exploring motion, 3D, and interactive elements to enhance brand experiences.
• Present, advocate for, and defend creative work to stakeholders, ensuring consensus and alignment at every step of the process.
• 7+ years of experience in brand design, marketing, or visual identity, with a portfolio that highlights brand identities in digital contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand strategy into engaging visual identities, design systems, and marketing materials.
• Exceptional presentation skills—you can confidently communicate design rationale to large stakeholder groups.
• Experience in collaborative, highly iterative environments, frequently sharing work and refining it based on feedback.
• Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, with a thorough understanding of brand documentation and systematization.
• A strong passion for storytelling and the capability to craft narratives that enhance brand engagement.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops, brand exercises, and sprints with both internal and external teams.
• A comprehensive understanding of product design principles and how brand design integrates with digital experiences.
