• Spearhead brand campaigns: Take charge of the visual strategy for our brand initiatives — encompassing integrated campaigns, out-of-home advertising, events, experiential activations, and more — from the initial brief to final execution.
• Collaborate across disciplines: Work alongside copywriters, video and motion graphic designers, and marketing teams to bring cohesive ideas to fruition.
• Contribute to visual identity: Collaborate with Brand Studio leadership on the advancement of PandaDoc's visual identity — including typography, color schemes, composition, photography direction, and design system guidelines.
• Ensure quality and consistency: Evaluate brand creative across the team and guarantee that all outputs align with the standards we are striving to achieve.
• Develop AI-enhanced design processes: Discover and implement AI tools that enhance design productivity and creative efficiency.
• Over 6 years of experience in brand or visual design, with a portfolio showcasing robust campaign conceptualization and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to design across a diverse array of channels and platforms — including print media, out-of-home, digital, events, paid social, and brand campaigns. You possess fluency in all formats rather than specializing in just one.
• Strong visual acumen — capable of directing photography, setting the tone, and providing feedback that sharpens the quality of work.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and the entire Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledgeable in design systems and brand governance — you have actively contributed to the evolution of a visual identity, not merely operating within one.
• Skilled in AI design tools and able to integrate them into real production workflows — enhancing output without sacrificing craftsmanship.
• Experienced in digital user experiences — including landing pages, websites, and emails.
• Background in-house at a B2B SaaS or tech company (agency experience will be considered with a strong brand portfolio).
• Bonus: Skills in illustration.
