Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold the brand identity throughout Revalize’s portfolio, ensuring consistency, scalability, and an engaging visual perspective across all marketing channels.

• Create assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and events, including digital promotions, content marketing materials, and event branding.

• Manage production workflows and scalable design systems by collaborating with agency partners, maintaining quality standards, and overseeing templates, style guides, and brand toolkits that facilitate self-service across marketing teams.

• Assist with video content by offering creative direction, visual storytelling, and basic motion graphics in partnership with internal teams or agency collaborators.

• Play a role in designing webpages and campaign microsites, providing creative insights that align with brand standards to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

• Work collaboratively with Brand, Product Marketing, Events, and Demand Generation teams to transform intricate product concepts into clear, captivating visuals, delivering powerful creative across various channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS settings.

• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, complemented by a strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, executional excellence, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience overseeing complete design workflows and producing high-quality, brand-consistent assets across various multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events).

• Solid grasp of design systems, templates, and scalable asset libraries, with the capability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
