Senior Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create distinctive and original brand work from initial concept to final execution across both digital and physical campaigns, including the Cohere visual identity, brand studio experiments, and more.

• Manage brand projects from start to finish, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity across all touchpoints.

• Collaborate with marketing, product managers, researchers, engineers, and other team members to uphold a unified brand identity.

• Work alongside stakeholders in the marketing and product teams to translate brand strategy into impactful initiatives and gather insights for transformation.

• Continuously elevate the quality of craft within the team through your individual output and collaborative efforts.

• Investigate new tools and methods for image creation (including AI) and assist in defining their integration into our creative workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in brand design, ideally spanning both tech and non-tech sectors. Experience in an agency is also valued.

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates your skills in typography, layout, color mastery, systems thinking, problem-solving, and the measurable impact of your contributions.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience in motion design and familiarity with relevant software is considered a significant advantage.

• Additional skills in image creation such as illustration or 3D work are beneficial.
