This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance brand systems to ensure consistent communication both internally and externally.
• Create visual guidelines, templates, and scalable design standards.
• Lead the creative development and execution of integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
• Design visual assets for various channels including digital, print, presentations, and events.
• Translate business priorities into captivating campaign experiences.
• Simplify complex concepts and business strategies into clear visual narratives.
• Generate content that fosters understanding, alignment, and action.
• Assist in executive and leadership communications by developing narratives and designs.
• Create presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, company events, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to refine messaging, structure content, and enhance visual storytelling.
• Develop materials that support employee engagement, cultural initiatives, organizational changes, and company-wide announcements.
• Work closely with HR, Communications, and Leadership teams.
• Elevate the organization’s brand and deliver communications that motivate employees, support leadership, and drive business outcomes.
• Over 7 years of experience in brand design, communications design, or a comparable creative field.
• A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, campaign design, and executive presentations.
• Experience in supporting executive stakeholders and leadership communications.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation design.
• Skilled in Figma.
• Strong grasp of visual design principles, typography, layout, and information design.
• Experience in creating scalable design systems and templates.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional storytelling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to blend creativity with business objectives.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Preferably experienced in corporate communications, consulting, technology, or enterprise settings.
• Familiar with change management, employee engagement, and executive communications.
• Preferred experience in leading creative projects from conception to execution.
