Senior Bookkeeper

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct managerial accounting and financial reporting for business proprietors

• Take complete responsibility for client accounts, covering daily transactions to financial analysis

• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Bill.com, Sage, and others

• Offer customized accounting outsourcing solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises

• Work exclusively with clients and systems that communicate in English

• Collaborate with team members and receive mentorship from seasoned managers in Ukraine and the USA

• Assist with accounting tasks across manufacturing, trading, services, and various other sectors

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a degree in BS Accountancy or a related field

• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting

• At least 3 years of comprehensive accounting experience

• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Exceptional English communication abilities

• Experience in direct client interactions

• Knowledge of US GAAP and SMEs

• Proven project management capabilities

• Experience in a multicultural work setting is advantageous

• CPA or equivalent certification is a bonus

• Proficiency or certification in QuickBooks / Xero is an asset

• Familiarity with third-party applications such as Gusto, Bill.com, Stripe, etc. is a plus
