Bookkeeper

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate from home with a team of accounting experts

• Provide clients with accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial reports

• Code financial transactions

• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Conduct reconciliations

• Process payroll

• Execute various weekly and month-end accounting tasks

• Work in tandem with team members to ensure client satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting

• Proficient in using QuickBooks Online

• Previous experience in a remote work setting with a distributed team

• Must reside in a state where the company operates: Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, or Minnesota

• Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms throughout the workday

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and thorough

• Team player who is dependable

• Eager to learn and grow continuously

• Capable of identifying when assistance is needed and willing to seek help
