Senior Blockchain Expansion Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance strategic partnerships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem collaborators.

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated blockchain partners, ensuring alignment between their goals and Tether’s strategic objectives.

• Develop and implement impactful growth initiatives in partnership with blockchain allies to promote the adoption of Tether assets through practical applications.

• Strategically consider how Tether can collaborate with blockchain ecosystems to establish scalable, sustainable projects that increase asset utilization and circulation.

• Oversee and coordinate cross-functional projects involving regional growth, economics, marketing, and other internal departments.

• Monitor, manage, and report on project progress, outcomes, and effectiveness, ensuring that initiatives meet established goals.

• Identify areas for enhancing execution efficiency, project organization, and partner results.

• Work with a high degree of independence, proactively identifying new opportunities and advancing them.

• Provide internal leadership with comprehensive updates, insights, and recommendations based on partner and project performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in partnership or ecosystem management, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or technology sectors.

• Proven success in managing significant, strategic growth initiatives from conception to execution.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail.

• Capability to track, manage, and optimize multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the capacity to convert ideas into actionable projects.

• Experience collaborating across functions with teams such as expansion, economics, marketing, or product.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a remote, global setting.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with blockchain foundations or Layer 1 / Layer 2 ecosystems is preferred.

• Knowledge of stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, or practical blockchain applications is preferred.
