This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Take charge of our onboarding program, ensuring that new hires are welcomed, well-prepared, and positioned for lasting success.
β’ Organize and facilitate our bi-weekly all-hands meetings and AI Q&As.
β’ Oversee our annual company retreats, managing logistics, itineraries, and collaborating with our service vendor to deliver a seamless and engaging experience.
β’ Assist teams in planning and coordinating in-person gatherings.
β’ Collaborate with our CEO and executive team to establish priorities, monitor progress, and drive the execution of strategic initiatives.
β’ Convert high-level objectives into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable results.
β’ Identify operational risks, process gaps, and cross-functional dependencies, implementing actionable solutions to keep strategic initiatives on course.
β’ Work alongside our Principal People Operations Specialist to enhance people operations and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience.
β’ Lead internal communications by partnering with the leadership team to effectively manage updates and communications.
β’ Organize and participate in our quarterly leadership team meetings to ensure alignment, accountability, and follow-through on agreed actions.
β’ Proven experience in a growing remote or hybrid SaaS organization, supporting team members across various geographies and time zones.
β’ Background in strategy and operations, business operations, people operations, employee experience, or similar cross-functional roles; experience in multiple areas is highly desirable.
β’ Familiarity with planning and coordinating in-person company events, including logistics, vendor management, and attendee experience, is preferred.
β’ A degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
β’ Possess a strong generalist mindset, comfortable navigating between operational, strategic, and people-centric tasks.
β’ Proficient in modern SaaS and AI tools, including platforms like Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, and workflow automation tools.
β’ A self-motivated individual who thrives in autonomous settings and is adept at enhancing existing processes or creating new ones from the ground up.
β’ Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to build trust across various teams and levels of seniority.
β’ Pragmatic and solutions-focused, emphasizing effectiveness over perfection.
β’ Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously and performing well in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
β’ High emotional intelligence, demonstrating genuine care for people, collaboration, and the goal of fostering an equitable, people-first organization.
