This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of the creation, development, and management of 3D architectural BIM models in Revit throughout all project phases.
• Convert intricate design intents, sketches, and markups into production-ready, construction-quality models.
• Produce and manage complete sets of construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and details.
• Establish and uphold model quality standards as well as internal BIM protocols.
• Set BIM standards, templates, and workflows across various projects, ensuring adherence by the team.
• Mentor junior BIM modelers, assess their work, provide structured feedback, and enhance output quality.
• Identify deficiencies in current BIM practices and proactively suggest enhancements.
• Serve as the sole point of accountability for BIM model integrity across all active projects.
• Lead coordination efforts with structural and MEP consultants—federate models, manage clash detection, and resolve issues with minimal escalation.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with consultants, document outcomes, and monitor resolutions.
• Ensure the integrity of architectural models is maintained through all consultant integration cycles.
• Oversee the production of renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for clients.
• Take charge of 4D construction sequencing and planning tasks utilizing BIM tools.
• Coordinate site layouts and master planning deliverables for the 135-acre project and future sites.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with regulatory, permitting, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare as-built models, record documentation, and organized handover packages for facility management.
• 5-10 years of practical BIM modeling experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit with a strong focus on architectural modeling.
• Proven ability to independently manage and deliver complete construction documentation sets.
• Experience in establishing BIM standards, templates, and protocols rather than merely following them.
• Strong background in multi-disciplinary coordination, including clash detection, federated models, and consultant management.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and enhance overall team BIM output.
• Proficient in Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Excel, with a working knowledge of Dynamo being a significant plus.
• Previous experience with U.S.-based architecture firms or international project delivery is a substantial advantage.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, cross-cultural environment.
