This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the digital delivery for AECOM’s hyperscale data center portfolio.
• Implement and customize project-level BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans, naming conventions, QA/QC checklists, and CDE structures.
• Create and maintain project BEP documentation in accordance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Manage project Common Data Environments, including folder structures, permissions, metadata, workflows, archival, and integrations.
• Facilitate BIM kickoff meetings with internal teams, enterprise-capabilities partners, consultants, and clients.
• Supervise daily BIM production activities by U.S. BIM staff and enterprise-capabilities teams.
• Monitor quality, scope, schedule, deficiencies, compliance, issue logs, audits, and deliverable status.
• Conduct QA reviews, model inspections, clash and coordination reviews, model health scoring, and deliverable audits.
• Produce, revise, or finalize Revit model content when deliverables are delayed, incomplete, or below standard.
• Execute multidisciplinary Revit modeling, sheet setup, parameter population, and corrections.
• Establish and manage multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, issue triage, and remediation tracking.
• Oversee the lifecycle integration of 3D/4D/5D models and contractor and consultant model submissions.
• Report BIM KPIs, compliance metrics, and deliverable status on a monthly basis to the Senior BIM Manager Lead and project leadership.
• Develop and implement an automation roadmap utilizing Dynamo and Revit API scripts.
• Provide technical production support, create smart-object content and templates, and assist with asset information management and digital handover.
• Contribute to BIM estimates, resource schedules, training, certification, mentoring, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree plus 8 years, or High School Diploma plus 10 years in BIM/digital delivery.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience directly leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM efforts.
• Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education accepted.
• Over 8 years in BIM environments preferred.
• Experience in establishing and enforcing BIM standards and supervising multidisciplinary teams preferred.
• Data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in coordinating, overseeing, and performing QA on offshore or enterprise-capabilities teams.
• Strong hands-on Revit skills across various disciplines.
• Extensive experience with Forma, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, ProjectWise, and project planning tools desirable.
• Proven capability in Dynamo, Revit API, and scripting.
• Strong understanding of NBIMs, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum, and ISO 19650.
• Experience with BEP authoring, QA/QC frameworks, and model lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and training skills.
• Detail-oriented, thorough, well-organized, and capable of managing time and accountability across distributed teams.
• Interest or experience in integrating Artificial Intelligence into BIM and digital delivery workflows.
• Must be able to attend in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
