This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Onboard teams from startups to mid-sized markets, training their entire RCM staff on billing best practices and facilitating a seamless transition to the platform.
• Provide assistance to the sales team as required during the sales cycle for mid-market prospects.
• Act as a product specialist on our billing platform for mid-market teams, supporting sales and other departments as needed.
• Educate teams of all sizes on submission, posting, invoicing, AR, and other best practices related to Prompt as the need arises.
• Possess extensive knowledge of Prompt Reporting, Industry Accounting, and AR practices, delivering reporting training to teams of various sizes, particularly focusing on accrual accounting, AR reporting, and RCM KPI data.
• Exhibit advanced skills in Excel and data analysis, including the capability to organize, analyze, and interpret data sets to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Aid client accounting and finance teams in learning how to generate necessary reporting from the Prompt reporting suite.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the complete revenue cycle and a foundational knowledge of the role EDI/ERA plays.
• Build and sustain relationships with client stakeholders and billing personnel.
• Recognize unique team requirements to assist in configuring and developing workflows with their new EMR/PM system.
• Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to effectively address incoming customer inquiries across our single-channel support system.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by comprehending each customer’s unique and evolving needs, delivering value, and exceeding expectations.
• Offer guidance and expertise to billing success managers, team members, and interdepartmental partners.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; substantial experience may be accepted in place of formal education.
• A minimum of 3 years in the medical billing industry is required.
• At least 2-3 years of billing experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics; substantial experience may be considered as a substitute.
• Experience working with or in mid-market RCM companies with 50 or more therapists, preferably in a success or RCM leadership role.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership experience in RCM.
• A solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles is essential.
• Strong technical skills are required.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel.
• A passion for understanding and learning new software is essential.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with occasional requirements to work beyond standard hours.
• Prepared to quickly advance within the role and assume greater responsibilities as required.
