Senior Bilingual Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Precise and efficient management of incoming requests across various channels (phone, email, etc.)

• Actively provide travel consulting to corporate clients, including travel details and upselling related products

• Work independently on assigned requests and take the initiative to provide assistance

• Collaborate with the team to offer daily support

• Serve as the first point of contact for team members, responding to inquiries and providing guidance on policies and procedures

• Participate in project teams related to operations and advise travel consultants in the absence of the team leader

• Properly utilize BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfill requests

• Anticipate and provide assistance regarding potential challenges that may arise for the client

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide unwavering attention to their requests

• Seek opportunities to review operational processes and the business relationship with the client, offering suggestions for improvement

• Conduct quality management tasks, such as error management, and assist in projects as assigned

• Achieve both individual and team objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in ERM, maritime, offshore, or crew travel environments

• Hands-on experience managing crew movements, rotations, and handling disruptions

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to act accurately under pressure

• Comfort in a fast-paced service environment, operating 24/7

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a global and multi-regional operations setting

• Solid knowledge of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes

• Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Excellent professional customer service and problem-solving skills.
