Bilingual Member Enrollment Specialist – English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact to introduce patients to the program and assist them in enrolling through a smartphone application.

• Make outbound calls to patients eligible for the program and effectively convert those calls into enrollments.

• Create outstanding enrollment experiences for patients and share valuable insights with your colleagues.

• Advocate for the program's benefits and highlight its positive impact on member health.

• Provide value to our partners and enhance relationships through effective feedback, communication, and collaboration.

• Collect patient feedback on the enrollment process to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

• Support team development by sharing observations and recognizing trends to facilitate team expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Language Requirement: This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

• Preferred experience in customer support, making outbound calls, and/or converting sales leads.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships, solve problems, and handle objections effectively.

• Enjoy being on the phone, engaging in conversations, and showcasing your extroverted personality.

• Passionate about providing assistance and demonstrating the benefits of a product or service.

• Tech-savvy, adept at multitasking, and capable of navigating various systems simultaneously.
