Senior Bilingual Corporate Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver emergency assistance for both domestic and international travel, ensuring prompt and effective support;

• Carry out rebookings, ticketing, cancellations, and re-accommodations as needed by the client;

• Evaluate and suggest quick solutions in critical situations to lessen the impact on travelers;

• Maintain direct communication with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to address urgent requests;

• Conduct thorough verification (double-checking) of all bookings and issuances;

• Log and track service cases within internal systems;

• Collaborate with leadership and other departments for alignment and decision-making;

• Provide high-quality service in accordance with company policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a travel consultant, ideally in emergency support;

• Familiarity with bookings, ticketing, and rebookings (both domestic and international);

• Proficiency in advanced English for customer-facing roles;

• Experience with GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar);

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to perform under pressure;

• An analytical and proactive mindset coupled with a strong sense of urgency.

• Differentials:
