This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Address intricate business challenges by utilizing data from both internal and external sources to offer valuable insights to decision-makers.
β’ Establish the tools and methodologies employed to convert data into meaningful insights.
β’ Shape the strategy of the department.
β’ Make decisions regarding the technical approach for various project components.
β’ Execute tasks independently and exercise significant discretion in determining objectives and methods for assignments.
β’ Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of technical experience in data analysis OR a Master's degree with more than 3 years of experience.
β’ Extensive experience handling large and complex data sets within sizable organizations.
β’ Proven experience in analyzing data to address various business problems and developing data visualizations that influence strategic direction.
β’ Strong understanding of healthcare-related data.
β’ Familiarity with Star Schema and Source of Truth principles.
β’ Ability to work within the EST time zone.
β’ Preferred: Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
β’ Proficient in SQL, SAS, and various other data systems.
β’ Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik for generating data visualizations.
β’ Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and predictive modeling.
β’ Experience in developing analytics solutions for multiple healthcare sectors.
