This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Promote bench consultants within the US IT staffing landscape.
• Establish and nurture relationships with primary vendors, implementation partners, and staffing agencies.
• Identify appropriate contract opportunities for consultants based on their technologies and experience.
• Negotiate billing rates, contract terms, and client specifications.
• Oversee interviews, submissions, follow-ups, and onboarding procedures.
• Maintain daily records of submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to meet client needs.
• Ensure consultants receive aggressive marketing through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks.
• Manage the entire bench sales lifecycle from sourcing opportunities to successful placements.
• Keep consultant profiles, resumes, and availability status updated.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in US Bench Sales / US IT Staffing.
• Strong grasp of the US recruitment and staffing processes.
• Practical experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• A robust network of vendors and implementation partners within the US market.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of visa types, including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
• Background in technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.
