This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee commercial operations for designated commercial accounts
• Discover growth potential and spearhead solution development
• Establish and uphold trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders
• Convert customer requirements into actionable commercial strategies
• Organize internal resources to provide unique offerings
• Facilitate pricing discussions and negotiate contracts
• Keep precise forecasts and pipeline data
• Track account performance and enhance profitability
• Participate in business reviews and strategic planning sessions
• Collaborate with Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams
• Provide customer insights to guide product and service enhancements
• Assist in cross-functional initiatives and knowledge sharing
• Represent sales in internal meetings and customer interactions
• Contribute to strategy and capability development at the segment level
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related discipline
• Over 10 years of experience in the Beauty & Personal Care market segment
• Demonstrated experience in strategic account management
• Strong skills in commercial negotiation and stakeholder management
• Language proficiency: Native Portuguese; and professional English
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within LAM and based in Brazil
