• Developing and managing an outbound strategy for a specific enterprise account list, targeting stakeholders in Benefits, Reward, HR, and C-suite roles.
• Collaborating closely with your Strategic Account Executive to create account plans, map stakeholders, and identify opportunities for advancement.
• Conducting structured qualification calls independently, ensuring a seamless handoff to Account Executives with thorough context.
• Teaming up with Marketing on focused Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for priority accounts.
• Crafting and testing your own messaging sequences, adjusting tone and approach based on persona and account specifics.
• Consistently utilizing AI tools for research, messaging, and call preparation, while sharing insights with the team.
• Upholding exceptional CRM standards and leveraging data to oversee your own performance.
• Integrating AI tools as a fundamental aspect of your workflow, including account research, message creation, call preparation, and self-coaching, while contributing insights to enhance the team’s methodologies.
• Proven experience executing enterprise outbound strategies in a B2B SaaS setting, preferably targeting HR, Reward, or Benefits decision-makers.
• A history of achieving or surpassing pipeline goals, beyond mere activity metrics.
• The capability to deeply understand a prospect’s business and uncover genuine pain points rather than just superficial triggers.
• Confidence in engaging with VP and C-suite stakeholders across complex accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create sequences that provoke responses rather than mere outreach.
• Complete autonomy in prioritizing tasks and shaping outbound strategies, without needing management for every next step.
• A true interest in AI and its potential to enhance your professional capabilities. You not only use the tools but also critically evaluate their outputs, explore their limits, and assist others in leveraging them effectively.
• Established your own AI-enabled prospecting process and can demonstrate its functionality, including what tools you utilize, their benefits, and where you make adjustments (preferred but not mandatory).
• A strong desire for feedback, self-assessment, and ongoing personal development.
