This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identify and investigate potential partnership opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem.
• Leverage various channels and methods to create a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Initiate outreach to potential clients through cold strategies, including emails, calls, and social media interactions.
• Clearly communicate the value propositions of the company's offerings to spark interest and secure meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and how they align with the company's solutions.
• Keep regular communication with potential clients to ensure they remain engaged and informed about product updates and company news.
• Prepare and present persuasive pitches to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits and unique features of the company's products.
• Customize presentations to meet the specific needs and pain points of each client, illustrating how the company's solutions can deliver value.
• Monitor and report on outreach efforts, client interactions, and the status of potential partnerships.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach and relationship-building strategies, modifying approaches as needed to enhance results.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the Web3 sector to effectively position the company's products and services.
• A minimum of 5 years of consulting or relevant business experience, showcasing a strong understanding of business strategies and market dynamics.
• At least 2 years of previous business development experience in Web3, Crypto, and/or blockchain.
• Extensive network within the Web3, Crypto, and/or blockchain communities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capability to engage and establish relationships with C-suite executives and other high-level stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation skills, adept at delivering engaging pitches and presentations to varied audiences.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to recognize and seize partnership opportunities.
• Highly self-driven and proactive, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and developments in the Web3 and Crypto sectors.
