📋 Description

• Take ownership of a specific domain within our Go codebase.

• Contribute to architectural decisions while ensuring high code quality.

• Step in to maintain project momentum during the absence of your lead.

• Engage in pull requests, code reviews, and technical discussions.

• Work closely with product and design teams to convert business needs into effective technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is required.

• 4–5+ years of dedicated professional experience in software development.

• Proven experience in production environments with Go (Golang) or another C-family language.

• Experience in supporting and mentoring fellow engineers.

• Strong communication skills with clarity and confidence.

• Comfortable tackling advanced topics such as build pipelines, caching mechanisms, and database optimization.

• Proactive and skilled throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

• Familiarity with CI and testing frameworks is essential.

• Prior experience in healthcare is advantageous; exposure to FHIR, HL7, or DICOM is highly sought after.
