Senior Backend Engineer – Databases

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from initial concept through to deployment.

• Design, develop, and manage essential components of a distributed database.

• Assume a product leadership role and influence the strategic roadmap.

• Foster operational excellence aligned with specific SLOs.

• Collaborate with teams across Grafana to create effective profiles.

• Provide support to colleagues through design discussions and code reviews.

• Engage in on-call duties and treat incident response as a fundamental aspect of the role.

• Contribute to the open-source community.
