Senior Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Take on the role of Senior Backend Engineer by constructing and sustaining backend systems.

• Design scalable, distributed systems suitable for high-load architectures.

• Utilize technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and microservices architecture.

• Incorporate third-party APIs into the existing infrastructure.

• Play a key role in product development initiatives.

• Produce clean, testable, and maintainable code.

• Work collaboratively with an international engineering team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of backend engineering experience, including at least 2 years of working with Golang.

• Proven experience in building scalable, distributed systems and handling high-load architectures.

• In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and microservices architecture.

• Experience in integrating third-party APIs and contributing to product development efforts.

• A strong passion for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.

• A proactive attitude and the ability to work autonomously.

• Excellent communication skills in English, with a proficiency level of B2 or higher.
