• Develop and take ownership of the comprehensive technical architecture for Bestandsfaktor — this system is utilized exclusively by the team, making the backend the most significant and crucial component.

• Design the core system logic for data management, triggers, automation, and routing.

• Construct the platform to allow for rapid evolution without falling into disorder.

• Make technical decisions with a strong emphasis on product focus rather than simply fulfilling requirements.

• Collaborate with the founding team to determine which technical levers will have the most substantial impact.

• Provide technical leadership to external developers or freelancers and establish quality standards.

• Create a modern, pragmatic development environment featuring AI-supported workflows, high velocity, and a clear quality standard.

• Lay the technical groundwork for a system that is scalable, resilient, and strategically advantageous.
