Senior Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, build, and sustain backend services and web applications in a highly collaborative setting.

• Engage with the entire technology stack, focusing primarily on the backend and databases.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Continuously seek innovative strategies to enhance the speed and resilience of our applications.

• Effectively prioritize and manage tasks while meeting essential project deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Take part in code reviews and address production issues as they arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a backend or full-stack developer.

• In-depth understanding of data structures, algorithms, time and space complexity, and object-oriented programming (OOP).

• Familiarity with database design and a solid grasp of SQL queries.

• Proven experience in designing and maintaining APIs.

• Experience with cloud-based systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated and capable of contributing effectively within a small team.

• Experience with JavaScript and/or JavaScript frameworks is a significant advantage.
