Senior Backend Developer, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications utilizing PHP, TypeScript, NestJS, and Node.js.

• Efficiently design and model databases with a focus on scalability.

• Create automated tests (unit and integration) to ensure ongoing code quality.

• Generate and keep technical documentation current.

• Actively engage in the evolution of the codebase by suggesting enhancements and architectural best practices.

• Collaborate with the team on technical decisions and product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Node.js and TypeScript.

• Skilled in building RESTful APIs.

• Understanding of version control best practices with Git (e.g., Gitflow).

• Familiarity with design patterns, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture principles.

• Experience with testing methodologies and unit testing.

• PHP knowledge is a plus.

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture (EDA) is advantageous.

• Experience with SCRUM or other agile methodologies is beneficial.

• Experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, RDS) is a plus.

• Knowledge of Docker and Serverless Framework is a plus.

• Familiarity with GraphQL is an additional advantage.
