Senior Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Developing and enhancing scalable applications with a strong emphasis on high performance and code quality.

• Modernizing existing code to improve its readability, stability, and overall efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with Django frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of Celery.

• Proficiency in Python (capable of writing clean and efficient code).

• Experience in building and scaling complex web applications.

• Willingness to go beyond standard CRUD - a passion for delving into details and optimizing code.

• Proficiency in English and Polish (C1 level).

• Independence and a high level of accountability for assigned tasks.

• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
