Senior Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the core product utilizing Python or Go to introduce innovative features that enhance the solution's value.

• Engaged in a hands-on capacity.

• Produce high-quality code and implement AI solutions, ensuring excellence through best practices, clean coding, and the integration of models that optimize our processes.

• Provide technical leadership, serving as a reference point and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine architecture, processes, and technical solutions.

• Act as the technical reference for the team, guaranteeing adherence to technical guidelines, effective prioritization, and exceptional delivery standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in backend development, ideally using Python or Golang.

• Proficient in relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) with strong data modeling skills.

• Familiar with modern infrastructure tools: Kubernetes and AWS.

• Solid understanding of monitoring tools (Datadog/Grafana) and messaging systems (Sidekiq, SQS, or Kafka).

• Experience in developing scalable RESTful APIs and strong Git/Linux capabilities.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, including familiarity with integrating LLMs, AI frameworks, or creating data-driven features.

• Background in fintech and/or payment integrations (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of Ruby on Rails (preferred).

• Experience with client-side frameworks (Vue.js) (preferred).

• Prior experience delivering AI projects at production scale (preferred).
