Senior Back-End Developer, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop robust technical solutions and offer strategic direction to the team

• Independently address highly complex technical and business challenges

• Generate clear and comprehensive documentation to ensure alignment and scalability

• Engage in strategic decision-making and technical enhancements, maintaining code quality

• Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold best practices and high standards

• Actively take part in agile ceremonies and assist in resolving technical obstacles

• Ensure adherence to SLAs and project delivery timelines

• Perform detailed analyses to identify and resolve root causes of critical issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree obtained in a technology-related discipline (a postgraduate degree is an advantage)

• At least 5 years of experience in Back-End development

• Proficient knowledge of .NET, SQL, MongoDB, and REST APIs

• Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, AWS, GCP, or equivalent)

• Familiarity with Jira and agile methodologies

• Experience using AI assistants in the development process (such as Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor), with sound judgment regarding their utility and potential risks
