This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• We are seeking a Senior B2B Strategy Manager (m/f/d) to serve as the strategic partner to the Head of Global B2B Strategy.
• Oversee intricate, cross-regional B2B projects that have a significant P&L impact (e.g., revenue scope of €500k–€1M and higher) — from strategic planning to executive execution.
• Hold complete project ownership from conception to execution — independently and with clear accountability across one or more B2B markets.
• Lead the commercial integration of newly acquired businesses: establish roadmaps and coordinate cross-regional teams against defined milestones, collaborating closely with global leadership and regional teams.
• Manage the comprehensive B2B business intelligence framework and establish global KPIs and data governance standards for the Executive Board and reporting agenda.
• Serve as the AI advocate for global B2B sales: identify, assess, and incorporate the next generation of commercial intelligence tools.
• Oversee the OKR process from regional to global levels and for Steering Committees — ensuring regional Sales Directors are accountable for global targets.
• Co-create the global 3-year B2B strategy alongside the Head of B2B Strategy and the CSO.
• At least 3–4 years of professional experience in a leading strategy consultancy OR equivalent experience in a corporate development/strategy role within an FMCG company or an FMCG start-up/scale-up.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tangible commercial outcomes, with significant experience advising C-level executives directly and independently leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to dive deeply into data analytically and strategically while also zooming out for the broader perspective; comfortable with dashboards and delivering board-level recommendations.
• You possess a structured, independent approach to processes, meticulous reporting, and accountability for milestones; you proactively take ownership of projects and drive them forward autonomously.
• You are adaptable across strategy, reporting, PMI, and AI; in a rapidly changing acquisition-driven environment, you quickly reorient without losing momentum.
• You actively seek out and implement new AI tools with curiosity and practical focus; you contribute to building the AI roadmap rather than waiting for direction. You excel in reading people, navigating diverse cultures, and viewing stakeholder management as a strategic skill.
• Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is a plus. Willingness to travel within Europe 1–2 times per quarter.
• Engaging, responsible, and diverse tasks with a high level of autonomy in a dynamic company that values flat hierarchies and a relaxed, open working atmosphere where everyone is on a first-name basis.
• A welcoming team of approximately 280 employees across Munich, Leipzig, and Albourne (UK), complemented by several friendly office dogs at our locations.
• Flexible working hours (based on trust-based working time), home-office options including support for your home-office setup, and the opportunity to work abroad for several months.
• 28 days of annual leave plus the option to take up to 20 days of unpaid leave as well as special leave!
• Various internal and external development opportunities that you can choose independently based on your interests.
• Your mental health is important to us! Through the OpenUp platform, you can anonymously participate in individual or group therapy sessions or have 1:1 conversations with licensed therapists.
• A range of employee discounts — for both people and pets!
• Regular team, company, and Family & Friends events.
• Need a break? Unwind in our social area, which features a foosball table, or challenge colleagues to a Mario Kart showdown (or another Nintendo Switch game) on our comfy sofa!
• Prefer not to eat reheated meals? Don’t want to wait for takeout? Our office includes a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen where you can cook or bake delicious treats.
• Enjoy complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and a selection of chilled soft drinks such as water and juices, alongside fresh fruit, small snacks, and a well-stocked candy drawer.
• EGYM Wellpass membership: With our subsidized EGYM Wellpass membership, you gain access to thousands of sports and wellness facilities — including gyms, swimming pools, climbing centers, yoga and Pilates studios, and much more. This enables you to maintain your fitness and wellbeing across Germany in a flexible manner that suits your routine.
