This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Client acquisition: You actively seek out potential corporate clients and engage in telephone prospecting. Your objective is to position ubiMaster’s services as a viable product offering or employee benefit to prospective corporate customers.
• Learning: You leverage our established sales processes with banking clients as a foundation and enhance each step of the sales project to improve performance with future clients.
• Sales and proposal management: You showcase ubiMaster solutions, including their benefits and features, customized to meet the specific needs of corporate clients. You provide thorough guidance on our offerings and negotiate tailored solutions aligned with individual client requirements.
• Market expert: You will become an expert in the market and represent ubiMaster at conferences and trade shows.
• Networking: You will cultivate a reputation within the industry and consistently manage your network to support our company's expansion.
• Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Sales Management, or Account Management.
• Initial experience as a B2B Sales Manager in a fast-paced environment (2–3 years).
• Strong customer focus with the ability to comprehend customer needs, respond personally, and sustain customer relationships.
• Your empathetic approach enables you to position ubiMaster effectively with potential corporate clients and proactively address their requirements.
