This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• **Your responsibilities will include:**
• - Proactively acquiring new B2B clients in the Czech and Slovak markets through cold calls, lead generation, and scheduling meetings (initially around 60% of your time)
• - Conducting business meetings, preparing proposals, and closing deals (gradually 50% of your time as you ramp up)
• - Working with inbound leads from marketing, including follow-ups and conversions
• - Collaborating with the client success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
• - Developing strategies and leveraging AI in daily sales processes (sales pitches, research, follow-ups, automation)
• - Partnering with marketing to create custom sales materials and campaigns
• **What we expect from you:**
• - **Over 2 years of active B2B sales** experience with proven results (preferably in SaaS, startups, or scale-ups)
• - You have a proactive approach and can close deals like a professional
• - Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must
• - Self-motivation and results orientation are second nature to you
• - **Fluent Czech/Slovak and English** (B2 level is sufficient)
• - **Daily active use of AI tools** (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar) for research, pitch preparation, follow-ups, and personal efficiency.
• **Nice to have:**
• - Experience selling to HR departments
• - Familiarity with Pipedrive or other CRM systems
• - Experience in regulated or sensitive industries (healthcare, wellbeing, benefits)
• - Experience with remote work setups
