This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement public relations strategies encompassing storytelling, media outreach, pitching, monitoring, and performance evaluation.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with editors, journalists, and industry influencers to consistently secure pertinent coverage.
• Oversee daily client management, acting as the primary contact, managing project scopes, and ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of projects.
• Supervise campaign planning and execution, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and internal processes across various accounts.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams in strategy, content, and creative to provide integrated programs that align with client objectives and maintain THINKINK’s standards.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and insights that enhance client positioning.
• Contribute to account growth by spotting opportunities, anticipating client needs, and demonstrating measurable value through your performance.
• Minimum of 8 years of direct client-facing experience in PR account management, including the ownership of client relationships, development of PR strategies, program execution, and media relations.
• At least 4 years of experience in a PR agency is mandatory.
• Proven history of representing B2B companies in at least two of the following sectors: aviation technology, payment technology, or travel technology. This requirement is non-negotiable.
• Demonstrated success in delivering earned media coverage and meeting PR program objectives for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Experience in an agency managing multiple accounts with a high level of independence.
• A successful track record of securing placements in business, technology, and trade publications.
• Strong technical skills and experience with media relations, project management, and collaboration tools such as Muck Rack, Meltwater, BuzzStream, Workfront, Workamajig, or similar platforms.
• Confidence in presenting strategies, recommendations, and results to clients and leading client meetings.
• Excellent project planning, organizational, and workflow management skills.
